How much does a bioclimatic pergola cost?
A bioclimatic pergola with adjustable aluminium louvres costs €300–350/m². A pergola awning with a retractable roof starts from €1,500 per project, up to €5,000 for large surfaces.
How long from order to installation?
It depends on production and the season: to have the terrace ready for summer, order by March–April. After the free inspection we give you the exact timeline in the quote — and we stick to it.
Do you also work for cafés and restaurants?
Yes — that is half of our work. A covered or glass-enclosed terrace works all year round: more tables and more turnover, even in winter and in the rain.
I am a foreign owner / property manager. How do we communicate?
No problem: we speak English and Italian. Everything happens on WhatsApp — photos of the terrace, a written quote and a photo report after installation, even if you are outside Albania.
