An awning or a pergola is not a one-click purchase — it is production and installation made for your property. That is why our process has five clear steps and closes with a written warranty.

1. Contact: one WhatsApp message is enough

Message us on WhatsApp or call: tell us where the property is, how big the terrace is and what you have in mind — a sun awning, a pergola, a glass enclosure or a cover. We reply quickly, in Albanian, English or Italian.

2. Free inspection and quote

We come to the property to measure and assess — free of charge. We check the surface, access (floor, lift, mounting point) and the system that suits you. On this basis you receive the quote: a fixed price, in writing, with materials and installation included.

3. Production: made for your terrace

Your awning or pergola is produced to the real measurements of your property — not a standard imported size that “sort of fits”. Local production means quality control, spare parts when needed and a warranty that holds.

4. Professional installation

Our team brings everything: the structure, the mechanisms, the glass. Installation happens on the agreed date, with the right fixing for your terrace wall — and the space is left clean after the work.

5. Warranty and photo report

After every installation you receive the written work warranty and a photo report on WhatsApp. If you are an owner outside Albania or a property manager, this is how you verify the work without being there. And if anything needs adjusting — we are one phone call away, not an email to an importer.

Process questions

How long from contact to installation?

It depends on production and the season: once you approve the quote we give you the exact timeline — and we stick to it. To have the terrace ready for summer, order by March–April.

When is the best time to order?

Autumn and winter are the quietest; March–April is the last safe window to be ready for the season. In summer we are at full capacity — do not wait for June.

Do I need to be present during installation?

Not necessarily. Many owners and property managers follow everything on WhatsApp: the price in writing before the work and a photo report after it. The warranty stays with you in writing.

Do you work for cafés and restaurants?

Yes — venue terraces are half of our work. We plan the installation without stopping the business and we quote clearly per surface.

What if something extra comes up during the work?

You are notified immediately, with photos and a separate quote for the extra work. Nothing additional is done without your written approval.
