Astir’s new blocks have wide balconies — 6, 8, sometimes 12 metres — designed as outdoor space, but unusable half the year because of ring-road dust, noise and rain. Glazing with slim or frameless-looking profiles turns them into a lounge, a kids’ playroom or a home office.

How long does a balcony installation take?
Usually one working day. The measurement is taken a few days earlier (profiles are manufactured to your sizes), and on installation day we work without breaking walls and without prolonged noise.
