A WhatsApp message with photos of the stains and the terrace is enough for initial guidance — we book the free inspection. We write in English or Italian.
2. On-site inspection
We examine the terrace, find where water enters and leave you a written plan and quote.

How much does terrace waterproofing cost?
It depends on the surface, the existing condition and the system (bituminous membrane, liquid coating or a combination) — we do not publish made-up prices. The inspection and the written quote are free and non-binding.
Bituminous membrane or liquid coating?
Bituminous membrane is proven for simple terraces; a liquid membrane creates a seamless coating — ideal for terraces with many penetrations, pipes and upstands. We often combine them. The right choice is made at the inspection, not over the phone.
How do you find exactly where the water enters?
Water rarely shows below where it enters above — it travels under tiles and old insulation. That is why we run a full inspection of joints, upstands and slopes, and if needed a localised water test, before touching anything.
Do existing tiles have to be removed?
Not always — a liquid membrane can be laid over sound, well-bonded tiles. Where tiles are loose or hollow, they are removed in the problem areas. We determine this at the free inspection.
How long does the work take, and when is it done?
A typical terrace takes a few days of work, plus the curing time of the materials. The ideal time is the dry weather of spring and summer — if you are also planning a cover or glass enclosure, waterproofing is done before them.
What warranty do you give?
A written warranty for the work carried out — and if anything comes up after completion, we come back and fix it. That is the difference between a local team that answers and a company that disappears after payment.
